Jeremy, Hyrum and I went to a great Aquarium in Dallas and enjoyed the beautiful park surrounding it. Texas has some gorgeous flowers and trees!!!

How addicted are you???

We just got back from a wonderful three week visit to Washington with my family!!! We went for my brother Brigg and sister in law Havalah's wedding reception and decided to stay a while longer. It was such a nice vacation. I fell in love all over again with the Northwest and my family :) We made lots of great memories. I think I went a little crazy with all the pictures, but the next NINE posts show some of the things we were able to do. Thanks Mom and Dad (and Darlin' and Pa) for letting us come and stay with you!!!!

I have always wanted to take Jeremy to a Mariner's baseball game because that was a tradition for our family to get sub sandwich's, chips, peanuts, and candy bars and head up to the game. It was so much fun!!! And we won to make it even better! Hyrum was a champ too, even though it was pretty late for him, he was in a great mood and even stuck out his tongue and gave high five's to the people behind us :)

We spent a fun day in downtown Olympia. We played in the water fountain and went for a walk by the capitol. Then in the evening we went out to eat on the boardwalk and enjoyed strolling along the Sound.

Here are some pictures of the cousins together-aren't they cute? I just wish we lived closer together so they could get more play time in.....maybe someday soon??????

I was able to visit with some friends while in Washington. We had a seminary reunion one night for whoever was in town and I was able to see my friend Libby (didn't get a picture) and my friend Julia at my brother's reception (second picture) and I was able to spend some time with one of my best friends Liz (last two pics) and her family :) My sister in law Joy was in town with her two kids. And we were able to see some cousins and aunt and uncle too. It was so nice to be with people I love!!!!!

One day, Jeremy, Hyrum and I drove to Bremerton so we could take the hour long ferry ride across the Puget Sound to Seattle. I love the ferry ride and the city is fun to walk around in for a day.

Jeremy and I were able to spend some time down in Portland. It is such a beautiful city and we went to my favorite temple there. Thanks Mom and Dad for watching Hyrum!!!

We went to Spooner's to pick fresh strawberries and Hyrum enjoyed eating while we picked and I enjoyed them later on my icecream!

One of Hyrum's favorite things to do in Washington was to help his Pa with all the yardwork to be done. They made quite a pair out there!!!

We drove down to Seaside, Oregon with my parents one Saturday and had a blast! We ate lunch (and ice cream), walked along the windy beach, and Pa and Hyrum were able to ride a train. Thanks to cousin Anne for her pink coat to keep Hyrum warm :) (although he was mistaken for a girl at the beach)
