2 months, 2 days
Hunter had his 2 month check up today and oh boy he's big (-: The not-so-little-man of ours weighed in at 14 pounds (off the charts) and was 25 inches long (97th percentile) and his head was in the 75th percentile, far from Hyrum's perpetual 10th percentiled head. So, I've decided Hyrum has Jeremy's long, nicely shaped head and Hunter has my big, round head. Sorry Hunt. He had four shots which were not fun but the lil' trooper only cried for 2 minutes and then he was fine. I remember Hyrum wailing for 30+ minutes with his shots, so I was pleasantly surprised. He slept most of the day away and thanks to some Tylenol was his normal cheerful self.
A little update on Hyrum...he has been the most cheerful, sweet, happy little 2 year old boy that I know of the last few days. He has gone running around the house saying "Hyrum happy!", telling me "I love you Mommy" or "Thankums Mommy" or "Good job, Mommy" and saying "Hunter so cute". He has cheefully let me change his diaper and when I suggest taking a nap he beats me to his room. Where is my child?!?! Who knows, maybe the "terrible twos" are over for us! I feel so blessed to have two such happy, healthy little boys!

"Good job, Mommy" - that is so cute that he says that. Hyrum is such a cutie pants. I'm so glad Hunter is growing. Good work. And I hope you're out of the terrible twos. That would be AWESOME!!

We miss you!

my daughter Olivia was like that too at her 2 month appt, well except for her head, hers is small too. She's since slowed down her weight and is 18lbs 6oz at 9 months and 28in long with a 40cm head (her head is in the 0%ile).
Glad to hear your "little" guy is doing great and that Hunter is being such a happy boy!
