Biggest road trip ever part 1 : Texas

We've been planning a road trip to visit my parents in Washington state for over a year.  And we actually did it.  According to our car's computer we logged 110 hours in the car traveling about 6000 miles - whew!  We took over 1000 pictures & made lots of great memories.  We were surprised how well the kids did in the car & how well we all slept in the same room.

It was so fun to be out west again!  That's where home is for me.

It worked out perfectly that our nephew Andrew was getting baptized right about when we wanted our trip to start so we drove Nana home & was able to be with my entire family for 1 fun day.

Andrew was so sweet with Emma & she loved the attention

Darlin' with #9 out of 10 grandchildren (8 being grandsons!)

While we were there we decided to bless Dallen.  He might go down in history as being one of the chunkiest, oldest babies to be blessed :-)  It was so nice that we could have both grandpa's & one brother in the circle.

LOOOOOVE the family pictures!!
The one of your family just cracks me up. Andrew (and Anne) are so sweet to their younger cousins, not surprised Emma loves Andrew. I also love the little curl on Dallen's forhead:)

So nice that you were able to spend time with your whole family! I love that you put that "attempting a family picture" up there. Not easy with so many tiny kids!
