Part 3:  Multnomah Falls & home 

A couple hours from Lacey we stopped at Multnomah Falls in Oregon & enjoyed the abundant waterfalls

 

We happily concluded the first half of our trip in Lacey with my parents.  We did lots of fun things around town but had lots of fun at home.  Man, it's hard to pick from 1000+ pictures but here are some of my favorites...

Matching hair-thanks Darlin'!  Emma kept saying 'Like Annie's Mommy, like Annies' meaning her cousin Anne =)

Pa celebrated 60 years in July so we had a belated party for him

 

Family walk.  Northwest you delivered with the weather-it was gorgeous!  Man, it's so green there. Our grass at home would have been jealous.

Matching hats

Somehow my Mum preserved our toys from when we were kids & they are in pristine condition.  It was so fun to watch my kids enjoy the same toys I did growing up.  

Helping in the garden-Pa made some of his famous strawberry rhubarb jam straight from the garden.

 

These two were the best of friends
