thanksgiving time

We had a lovely Thanksgiving. Brigg & Hava came up for a couple of days and we had some friends, the Curtis & Wintch families from our ward, come over for dinner on Thursday. And it still hasn't snowed yet! I forgot to take a picture of our dinner & everyone there.

But I did capture the aftermath
Just one of the many conveniences of a super size gut
(don't worry, just sparkling cider in my cup)
First original Hyrum pillow house
Said he was being a spider

Our cute Hunterbug
Friday we ventured out into the Blackness & went to Frankenmuth to enjoy the Christmas festivities there
Smooch
Hmmm...
1.5 hours into our walking tour of the world's largest Christmas store Brigg got me a wheelchair. I felt super wimpy but it made for a good stroller for 3/4ths of our family

First time Hyrum sat on Santa's lap willingly (all for a candy cane) and without any crying involved. He told Santa he wanted a chair to sit in and a car that drives. Whew! We have both of those so Christmas should be simple this year.
Downtown
Our cheesy Twilight/gazebo pose-Jeremy chose not to turn me into a vampire that night; maybe another time if I'm lucky

haha! I love the wheelchair. My friend who had twins would use the motorized cart at the grocery store near the end of her pregnancy. You look great by the way. And that giant Santa is awesome.

We have so many Christmas ornaments from Bronners (my great-uncle lives in Frankenmuth). It is so fun to see the store they come from. I wish we lived closer so we could go exploring.

It looks like you had a great Thanksgiving! I love the pics--especially the "I'm my own coffee table" and wheelchair pics. Love it, love it, love it!
Oh, and I think you look fabulous Megan! NOT lying.
I can't wait to meet the twins!!

Sounds like a great Thanksgiving! Thank you so much for the email by the way! I am so glad that Jeremy is all done with his rotations. I am SOOO excited to hear where you guys will end up! You definitely could get your babies to get to the 7 lb mark! Shanna was 7 lb 1 ounce and Haley was 7 lb 6 ounces and Lee and I aren't tall like you and Jeremy. And don't you love the comments? "Wow, when are you due? (They think tomorrow, but you get to tell them you still have about a month left!)" "You look like you're going to pop!" "You're having twins, aren't you?" I love the wheelchair. Oddly enough, I didn't need one for the twins, just for Elden. I went shopping with Lee a couple of days after Elden was born and I couldn't walk very well--well, very far I should say. I am sooo glad you aren't on bedrest!

So glad to see your pictures and know you had two fun days. That Christmas store looks like the town of Levenworth! Loved the "table" and the wheel chair!
