May 2016

First Sunday in May was Eliza's baby blessing.  We were blessed to have Jeremy's parents, my parents & my brother with his family there.  It was so nice to be together & it was so nice to attend church again!

One Friday Jeremy took care of Eliza (except for nursing of course!) & I was able to ride bike, play ball & swing with Dallen it was such a beautiful sunny day & I had so much fun being outside.  Eliza hates the wind so as you can guess living where we do I don't go outside much these days.

Becoming best buds

The boys went to their annual Father/Son camp out & us girls had a girls night.  We did nail painting, Taco Bell, movie, books & bed.  Eliza was so nice to me & slept like 11 hours only getting up once.  She's been so awesome sleeping at night.

A friend gave us some girl clothes among which was a pair of striped tights sewed to a tutu.  Pretty much the cutest idea ever.

For my birthday Jeremy made apple crisp, we went to the beach & ate Thai food.  So fun.  And I got a lap top which is perfect for me I like to sit on a comfy couch while I'm on the computer.  Maybe I'll actually finish a few projects now that I can be comfy.

Ahhhh-chooo!

I had to have proof for future reference that Hyrum changed a poopy diaper.  What a great brother!

Reading buddies

We had some friends over for dessert one night & the kids stayed up WAY later than normal.  Jeremy said he was asking to go bed & then gave up & just crashed on the couch.

Sweet little mouse

My strength exercising buddy - look at his planking skills!

Her two favorite places to sleep - in the swing & in my arms

The twins have been holding hands as they walk through the gate to school.  Just about the cutest thing in the world.

Emma lost her two front teeth - so cute!  She had a little lisp the first couple of days.  Eliza found her fist!

Dallen was helping me make dinner & got his first experience with an eye watering onion - he was NOT a fan of that experience & wanted to cuddle for like 20 minutes.  I didn't mind.

Our friends the Meeks came over to make homemade Japanese food.  It was delicious!  We cooked for three hours & they brought over a ton of stuff already prepped.  Whew!

This girl loves her Hyrum

Hunter's list of favorite things (and he's never even seen Sound of Music :))

Adventure to the cove

The four oldest kids went to a birthday party one Saturday & Jeremy took Dallen to throw rocks in a river - better than cake & ice cream I think!
